Once the colours, production spec and costs had been approved we progressed to the artwork stage. This included the floor graphics as per our working plan. The whole floor area production covered a total area of 15,700 x 11,600mm, that's 182 sq m of floor vinyl. This was to be installed prior to props and other event elements being delivered, installed and dressed, and the other graphics elements of the brief we produced.
The floor graphic was printed using a single-layered eco floor media and printed using latex inks. The media we use has a built-in anti-slip seal as part of its make-up – this means there's no need to use a separate laminate on top of the printed media.
