As part of our service to the display industry, The Graphical Tree offer a full fabrication service.
This includes the build and installation of all the supporting items which go into making up a visual merchandising display and event livery ~ from bespoke plinths, to purpose-made props for windows, to items to hang from a shop interior ceiling to whole display areas complete with stock storage.
From CAD drawings to routing, to build and installation, we’re available to create anything you may need in the three-dimensional world.
There are a wide variety of materials we can use for fabrication depending on the design and use. These include plastics, wood, fibreglass, polystyrene, resins, MDF and paper-based boards. These allow us to produce high-quality craftsmanship where just about anything is possible.
If you need to create a concession environment within a retail store we can produce all the items required. This might include a free-standing back wall clad in off-white tiles; a neon sign with backlit face masks; high-gloss white shelving; mirrored cupboards; acrylic lettering; bronze mirror acrylic plinths; and product display tables ~ just like we produced for Dr. Gross in Harvey Nichols.
We can produce a variety of plinths for POS or customer interaction purposes.
These were hard-wearing deep crystal sealed printed plinths produced for the London Marathon Puma stand and used to hold interactive tablet displays.
Who needs an award-winning window display made? This bespoke display for Harvey Nichols consisted of reverse printed direct-to-media to 6 and 10mm recyclable PETG polyester panels, a strong resilient material that is less likely to shatter, with a latticework cut from black 3mm PVC and applied to the face of the prints to create a lead pane glass effect.
Does anyone need a bed made from 10mm foamex + CNC cut to shape? We’re not sure it’s going to be the most comfortable bed to sleep on after a long night’s installation, but it looks the part. This piece was fabricated for Atelier Choux in Harrods.
When you focus a display around a central piece you’re creating a scene to entice the customer with. You’re inviting them into a world that they might want to be part of, which in turn helps them engage with your products even more.
You might need a cartoon helicopter perhaps for an event produced from cut-to-shape board light enough to suspend from a ceiling; a giant Monopoly board made from printable lino; or a mini go-to-jail prop produced from foamex. Well if you do, we can produce these for you too. It all helps bring the environment to life in a bigger than-normal, life-sized way as we did for the !TA Miniopoly event.
How about some giant-sized charms covered with a printed-gold vinyl? Props are a fantastic opportunity to add character to a retail display by introducing a host of supporting objects and elements. We produced these different-sized charms for the bridal wear pop-up for Halfpenny in Harrods.
With a CNC cutter, you can make a whole host of supporting P.O.S. items such as these cut to shape festive pieces for takeaway food restaurant EAT.
These cost-effective pieces were rolled out across all the locations to add a decorative element to the food cabinets.
How about some signage, perhaps for an outdoor event such as a festival? We’re used to producing signage for all weathers so treated wood and acrylic totems and directional information, for example, are no problem.
These were made of the K in the Park in London and were used throughout the site of the Kingston festival as directional signage and location markers.
