It’s Christmas window season.

We’ve been hanging this super large bauble display graphics we printed for M&M’s London at their flagship store.

ME+EM x The Graphical Tree

It’s always great to be involved in new store openings. It’s a real celebration of brand achievement and excitement for the future.

@me_andem has just opened its flagship store in Marylebone, London which we were involved with.

It’s a 3,000-square-foot space with a beautiful facade. The Graphical Tree produced two sets of window graphics in the build-up for the store’s launch, including those shown here.

Let’s take a moment to celebrate the ME+EM creative team these beautiful styled and visually captivating windows.

M&M’S x Ring x The Graphical Tree

We’ve been working with our friends at the brilliantly fun M&M’S London, located in Leicester Square producing and installing the graphics for the store’s Halloween installation.

The interactive Halloween display, designed by @tandp.group, is to promote the M&M’S ‘Quick Replies’ feature with @ringuk doorbells.

A door, with a working doorbell was installed by Ring, in an alcove in the store, whilst The Graphical Tree printed illuminated lightbox graphics along with the brick, roof and paving slab effect graphics to help make the alcove look like an inviting porch.

Add the cut-to-shape printed bats dotted around and some wayfinding floor graphics in the form of monster feet to guide customers to the display, and you have a fantastic display to help celebrate the scary wonders of Halloween.

It’s impossible to express just how good the current exhibition is at the @soasuni Brunei Gallery.

Entitled Strange Wonders: Jizi and pioneers of contemporary ink from China ~ the show is a rich expression of the artistic channeling of the universe through the artistic medium.

@thegraphicaltree are proud to be involved in culturally important projects like this, having produced the cut vinyl supporting text, exhibition headings and signage for the show.

Tim Burton x The Graphical Tree

The Graphical Tree have had the pleasure of working with our old friends at @harveynichols on another set of window graphics at their flagship Knightsbridge store.

These full-coverage prints for the world-famous department store feature an upcoming collaboration between @designmuseum and its major new exhibition, The World of Tim Burton.

As the exhibition intro says, “Tim Burton is the creative force behind some of the most celebrated films of the last four decades, internationally recognised as a master of the comically grotesque and the endearingly misfit.”

We worked around the clock on this project, which consisted of nearly 150 square metres of print and installation. It’s times like this that we remember how convenient our location is, as it was all produced just down the road in our central London studio.

And who knows what wonders are being built behind the blocked-out windows for the public to see and enjoy... 😉

We’ve been working with the @levygorvydayan gallery in Mayfair to produce this exterior board advertising their latest show Enchanted Alchemies: Magic, Mysticism, and the Occult in Art. The show, and board, are on show until 21 December.

Branded environment graphics ~
Global Universal Systems commissioned The Graphical Tree to project manage, print, and install a wide range of interior environment graphics for the London College of Contemporary Art’s Aldgate campus.

LCCA is a specialist arts and design institution, and an associate college of the University for the Creative Arts. The school is dedicated to nurturing and developing new creative talent, which aligns perfectly with The Graphical Tree’s ethos and vision.

Hard work brings reward ~
The project was carried out over a number of months from start to finish, turned out to be a really enriching project to work on, and one with its own unique set of challenges. But with a challenge, often there is a just reward.

As well as the production of a large meterage of print whilst working to incredibly tight deadlines, we also needed to install the graphics between the completion of the site construction work and the arrival of the students. Over the course of the two floors being fitted with branded graphics, installation ended up consisting of 272 installer hours, which is the equivalent of 34 full days.
